Terms of Service

By creating a Gineey agency workspace, connecting Meta ad accounts, or utilizing our performance marketing OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a performance marketing agency, immigration consultancy, or corporate entity, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind such entity.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Gineey. Agency administrators are responsible for maintaining account security, password confidentiality, and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) permissions for invited team members.

You agree not to misuse the Gineey platform or assist others in doing so. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to bypass OAuth token encryption, rate limits, or hardware security controls.
• Ingesting or transmitting illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious lead content.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or decompiling any component of the Gineey engine.
• Using white-label PDF reporting features to misrepresent performance metrics.

Gineey is billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) according to your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

All fees are billed in INR (₹) or designated supported currencies. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your primary registration region.

Gineey retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, trademark, official 3D mascot logo, brand assets, code, and reporting engine.

Your agency retains full ownership of all raw campaign performance data, lead form entries, agency logos, and client report assets uploaded to your workspace.

Gineey relies on official Meta Graph APIs for campaign insights and lead retrieval. Your use of Meta-connected features is subject to compliance with Meta Terms of Service and Developer Policies.

Gineey is not responsible for API availability interruptions originating directly from Meta Platforms, Inc.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your agency workspace immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activity that threatens platform security or Meta compliance.

Gineey is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gineey Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, lead data, or business reputation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be resolved in competent courts.
