1. Overview & Purpose#

This Cookie Policy explains how Gineey Inc. ("Gineey") uses cookies and similar storage technologies when you access our marketing web platform, authentication portal, or client dashboard routes.

2. Essential / Necessary Cookies#

Essential cookies are strictly required to operate the platform, authenticate agency administrators, enforce CSRF protection, and maintain secure TLS sessions. These cookies cannot be disabled.

Primary Essential Tokens:
• gineey_auth_token — Encrypted JWT session identifier
• csrf_state_key — Security token preventing CSRF attacks
• workspace_id — Active agency workspace context token

3. Analytics & Performance#

We use anonymized telemetry tokens to aggregate web performance metrics, monitor sub-2s lead ingestion speeds, and detect client-side errors. Analytics data contains zero PII.

4. Functional Preferences#

Functional tokens store user interface preferences, such as selected currency display (INR ₹), sidebar collapsed state, and filter date ranges.

5. Marketing & Attribution#

Marketing attribution tokens measure conversion efficiency on our public marketing pages to evaluate campaign performance. We do not place third-party advertising cookies inside your agency dashboard.

6. Managing Cookie Preferences#

You can control or clear cookie preferences through your web browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will impact your ability to authenticate and access your agency workspace.
